Purpose of the role:

Support the Group Manager in on-boarding of large accounts as they get inducted as 'Champion' accounts by ownership of running Opportunity Ideation sessions and also enable other best practices requiring cross-functional focus

Areas of Responsibilities:

Senior Manager | Overall areas of responsibility* Facilitate opportunity ideation sessions, working closely with third party Consultants, Firms and the account teams* Facilitate disruptive commercial models- work closely with Business Finance to enable disruptive approaches to certain commercial proposals with clearly defined outcomes, success criteria agreed with the Account leadership: CEO/ DP/CDO/ Consulting Partner* Facilitate Privileged Talent Access- work closely with TPD, Delivery and HR teams to ensure the Champion accounts are able to get the best of digital, technical and other talents in alignment with the Account leadership: CEO/ DP/CDO/ Consulting Partner* Create a framework for embedding Digital Architects in Champion Accounts ensuring demand across the various Digital UX, Data and Architecture are optimally met* Ensure smooth running of cross-cutting interventions- CXO Summits and Client Advisory Board: identify the right Client CXOs working closely with the Account leadership: CEO/ DP/CDO/ Consulting Partner, Regional/ Industry Heads and Marketing

Performance Measures:

* Number of opportunity ideation sessions facilitated in Champion accounts* Qualified Pipeline: number, TCV of opportunities from ideation sessions* Number of Proposals with disruptive commercials as signed off by Business Finance and Account Leadership* Reduction in time to align privileged resourcing demands* Feedback Score from the participants on CXO summits and Client Advisory Board* Number of Operating Playbook items adopted in each Champion account* CSAT Score- CXO-level and overall
