Job Description Duties:

Sales and Program Manager with ITT MotionTechnologies America, LLC in Novi, Michigan. Responsible for developing thebrake pads business with our customers. Responsibilities include-Spearheadproduct development projects from start to finish, including the hot pressprocess, thermal treatment oven, grinding of the pads, painting, and finishingand the related commercial activities and negotiations. Collaborate withclients on a daily business to communicate ITT’s product offerings and safetysolutions. Negotiate service contracts with customers and develop project plansto develop and tailor the brake product in line with customer specifications.Oversee the research and development of brake pad products designed for ourcustomers, and analyze the results of the studies to provide recommendations.Employ knowledge of engineering tools and principles such as FrictionTechnology and Hot Press Technology to assist the brake pad manufacturing teamin the pilot shop, including testing products to ensure they meet with customerspecifications. Manage customer relationships for major or strategic accounts.Work to meet revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer, and byidentifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.

Skills and Experience Bachelor
of Engineering (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
in Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Production Engineering or a related field. Eight (8) years of experience
in Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturing or Car
Manufacturing. Prior work experience
must include four (4) years: Utilizing understanding of brake pads
and relevant production techniques; Commercial and technical negotiation with
car manufacturers; Utilizing understanding of technical requirements pertaining
to friction material and related price positioning in the market; and
Experience with the management of OEM & Car manufacturing sales accounts. Travel
required to meet with clients.
