Key responsibilities and duties

  • Partner with hiring managers to define and prioritize needs and requirements and writing compelling job descriptions.
  • Initiate and drive job requisition and approval process.
  • Devise the optimum recruitment sources for each position. These include but are not limited to career sites, external recruiting agencies (as less as possible - if any), LinkedIn, .., candidatedatabases and referrals.
  • Review applications, pre-screen, interview and assess candidates.
  • Assist with interview logistics (schedule appointments, review calls, coordinate travel etc.)
  • Analyze online personality assessments and debrief results, help with the final selection.
  • Facilitate and drive the offer process and hiring, background-& ref-check and prearrange on-boarding etc.
  • Foster a positive candidateexperience and provide best service level towards line management.
  • Keep external recruitment costs low, act proactive and build candidate pipeline to reduce time to hire to a minimum.
  • Assist Director of Global Recruiting on global employer branding or recruitment projects on an as needed basis.
  • May assist with international recruiting projects as required and keep ATS/HRIS updated.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • 6 years of experience in full cycle recruiting required
  • Prior recruiting experience at technology companies highly desirable
  • Prior experience of hiring software field Sales reps. and Sales Engineers desirable
  • Experienced at sourcing prospects and contacting candidates or sources
  • Excellent computer skills, prior experience with Greenhouse or any otherRecruiting System preferred
  • Ability to build effective relationships and wide networks; ability to relate well to people at all levels
  • Professional communication- and strong influencing skills
  • Adaptable, hands-on, goal oriented with endurance
  • Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Results-driven, committed with a positive "can do" attitude
  • You are stress resistant and you are able to swift easily between different tasks while having a high workload
  • You are willing and able to travel occasionally, sometimes on short notice
  • You are perfectly fluent in English, any otherlanguage is an asset
