We are in the process of building a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team to support Investment Services at Point 72.   We are looking to add a Recruiter who will focus on building effective relationships on a strategic level and have the ability to focus on direct sourcing to build a pipeline of talented candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for Data Science, Machine Learning and Engineering roles, but will likely support other functional areas.

What you’ll do

  • Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions

  • Build a steady incoming flow of market intelligence and competitor information

  • Work closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals

  • Identify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority roles

  • Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites

  • Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS

  • Have the ability to effectively build and manage a campus strategy

What’s required

  • Experience in sourcing and hiring Data Science and Engineering a plus

  • Strong reporting and analytic skills

  • Data driven approach to recruitment strategy

  • Knowledge of Campus recruitment/ strategy a plus

  • 7-8+ years of relevant either in house, agency or search experience required

  • Strong organizational skills and great follow through on tasks

  • A strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and other Candidate sourcing tools

  •  An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates

  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  •  Project Management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Industry experience within the data science, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning world is a plus
