Agari is looking for an experienced recruiter who will be responsible for growing our R&D, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams. In this role, you will have experience in working with both technical and non-technical roles across every stage of the recruiting process and must be able to collaborate with leaders across different departments. You will be a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and improving processes and will report to the Senior HR Manager.

The position will start as a contract role with the possibility of converting to full-time based on company growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic advisor in building talent pipelines and executing best practices including sourcing strategy, evaluation, referral generation and decision making

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create strategic recruiting, sourcing and measurable strategies to deliver on speed and quality hires

  • Lead interview prep meetings, facilitate debrief sessions with interview teams, and coach hiring managers on how to drive the hiring process

  • Manage recruiting process while ensuring exceptional candidateexperience through thoughtful and timely communication

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally

  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities, performance data and recruiting metrics to share with internal stakeholders

  • Manage and assess new and existing relationships with external recruiters

  • Provide interview training and best practices to interviewers

Required background:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech startup environment

  • Strong detail orientation with candidate tracking and recruiting funnel metrics

  • Passionate about connecting with people, both internally and externally

  • Utilize a data-driven approach in developing a hiring strategy

  • 5+ years of experience in both an agency and internal recruiting environment

  • Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems - a nice to have would be researching, recommending and implementing a new ATS
