We currently have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as a Quality Control Manager. This position will direct and coordinate the daily operations of the QC team. The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage quality control systems designed to maximize quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. This position is highly analytical and involves extensive work with creating, maintaining and analyzing quality reports.
What your role will be. . . .
Ensure highest level of internal and external customer service.
Investigate all internal and external rejections and identify the root cause of failure.
Work with production to formulate corrective action
Use quality metrics to drive continuous improvement programs
Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and objectives. Develop a system for document control.
Develop an in-process inspection training program that will be utilized by shop floor personnel to prevent defects from being passed to downstream operations.
Lead a staff
Facilitate a system for continuous cross-training as well as training on internal quality audits.

Must have good speaking and writing skills, (bilingual in Spanish would be a plus) along with strong computer and keyboard skills.

Education and Experience:
Previous experience working in quality control in a manufacturing environment
BS degreeManufacturing Engineering
7+ years experience in quality and supervising.
Experience developing and implementing quality control systems
