OPPORTUNITY: As the company's HR Manager reporting directly to the HR Director, you will function as the go-to person for employee relations, compliance, benefits management, performance management, recruiting, training and development, among other HR projects. Your goal will be to be viewed as both a business and employee partner. REQUIREMENTS : Must live in Connecticut. BS required, SPHR PHR a strong plus, with 3+ years in a hands-on HR Manager role. Must have a professional attitude and make a professional appearance. Must be dynamic, confident, and team-spirited. Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the desire to help grow the business.
REWARD: $90,000-$115,000 plus discretionary bonus. Solid fringes.
