Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To drive core HR programs such as Talent Next, PMP, ESAT and talent Onboarding across Direct MU
  • Own operational issues and employee queries
  • Liaise with corporate/back end HR teams
  • Set up a program office that generates People Analytics for the group

Work Experience:

  • 5years and above
  • At least 2 years in line / core HR

Skills / Competencies:

  • Understanding of the business dynamics and impact on organization and employees
  • Ability to influence employees and stakeholders
  • Drive for results
  • Adept in managing conflicts
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work with the entire MS suite – Excel, PPT
  • Excellent understanding of HR policies and processes
