Corporate Solutions Engineer is the SYSPRO job title for a Direct Sales Representative. The person in this role is responsible for targeting the prospects business solutions and focusing on building business relationships to gain a better insight at a deeper level in order to win direct sales for SYSPRO and provide input to the Sales Manager.
The Corporate Solutions Engineer is to work direct with the prospect/customer and execute in all areas of the ERP sales cycle from participating in lead generation, demonstrating the use of SYSPRO through various methods, leading the discovery process and creating a strong initial contact relationship. Responsible for organizing and communicating with the Sales Manager and sharing the information gained in discovery and provide additional assessment on the prospects qualification, recommended solution building/presentation, proposal development, negotiations and closing. Must meet or exceed annual sales targets through strategic sales strategies and focus markets.

Self-motivated, solid listening and presentation skills in order to clearly assess, define and document the customers needs. Excellent customer service and communication skills verbal/written and in person. Professionalism required with strong organization and time management skills and effective project management skills to plan, track, follow-up and follow-through on projects. To perform this job successfully, an individual should be computer literate and have basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required to have a strong understanding of ERP business software, marketplace, be capable of executing Solution Selling and/or complex selling principles and the competitive ERP landscape along with a thorough understanding of Fundamental principles applicable to Manufacturing and Distribution.
Education & Experience
Bachelordegree or equivalent experience, a minimum 5 years ERP software salesexperience, Must have an understanding of the responsibility to manage a full lifecycle ERP sales process for a prospect and how to engage resources to guarantee a successful close.
