Description:

  • Identify strategic opportunities to brand Armark as an employer of choice across campus covering all disciplines.

  • Establish & maintain strategic relationships with key campus contacts to include: Career Services, Faculty, Offices of Veterans Affairs, Offices of Disability Services , student organizations, etc…

  • Develop strong & deep pipeline of top talent for Accelerate to Leadership & Step Up to Leadership Programs. 

  • Requisition management for assigned region(s), along with candidate management for said roles.

  • Provide expert counsel in the areas of hiring goals for campuses within assigned region, building campus brand awareness, process & technology, and overall relationship management beneficial to both the Aramark business portfolio and university.

  • Influence the utilization of new technologies and social media strategies to attract ‘best athlete’ talent for the enterprise. Ensure assigned campus teams are fully engaged in & utilizing the Yello Campus tools to streamline the recruiting process and enhance the candidateexperience.

  • Significant travel to assigned CORE campuses, which increases during peak recruitment seasons (Sept. – Nov. & Jan. – April)

  • Manage key strategic initiatives, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Hospitality and a minimum of 5years of related campus recruiting / relations experience.  

  • Effective interpersonal, written/oral communication, marketing, consultation and presentation skills are essential.

  • Strong relationship building, team orientation, and project management skills required.

  • Ability to influence & engage at all levels

  • Ability to handle a high volume, multi-campus workload and successfully navigate a fast-paced, change-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft, recruiting technologies and social media platforms. 

  • Travel is required during peak campus recruiting seasons (Sept. – Nov. & Jan. – April)
