The account manager position is responsible to support the newly formed Strategic Partnership Team through the sales process and management of cross publisher online media programs in a fast-paced environment. The role is focused on strategic & consultative formulation of presentations, processing of request for proposals (RFP’s), as well as submitting requests for mocks and analytics insights enabling the team to deliver publisher revenue goals while exceeding advertiser expectations. The account manager partners with the Sr. Director of Business Development, sales and internal teams to manage complex, multi-phased programs while balancing, scope, timelines, and financial return.  The Account Managers involvement is from initial outreach to completion of respective campaigns ultimately assisting in building long-term relationships with the World’s Largest Holding Companies. 

You will:

 Support Sales 

  • Pre-Sales

§ Develop consultative meeting decks for C-Level influencers at Agency Holding Companies

§ Assist the SPT members in researching key Points of Contact in LinkedInSales Navigator, MediaRadar and other tools 

§ Assist in developing revenue analysis and research on spend levels by HC, their agencies and respective brands

§ Research industry trends and Agency Holding Company news for continued education and development of our market strategy

§ Facilitate media plan request and associated details/confirmations for seller presentations

§ Complete and deliver required agreements and paperwork for advertiser completion/confirmations 

§ Confirm production scope, timelines and deliverables 

§ Manage opportunity set-up/contact in Salesforce

§ Assist in development of marketing campaigns to HC, respective agencies and key POC

o Post – Sales 

§ Complete all paperwork and submit for processing – 100% accuracy required 

§ Manage all steps in the production process in partnership with the functional teams for on time campaign launch, escalate risk when necessary 

§ Facilitate agency or advertiser communications for program management alongside SPT lead

o Post Launch 

§ Confirm advertiser/agency invoices and billing details 

§ Perform system audits as needed for associated third party fees/billing 

§ Distribute Go Live announcement to advertiser/agency partners 

§ Delivery ongoing/final campaign metrics report and/or post go live SLR deliverable 

§ Ongoing program optimization and reallocation needs 

§ Lockout, Email or key program note go live follow-ups 

Operations/Process Management 

o Manage technology platform program details/inputs 

§ Manage agency/advertiser contacts in Salesforce 

§ Create opportunities in Salesforce 

§ Manage sales stage in Salesforce 

§ Program Kick Off, Change Requests and Push 

§ Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy in Salesforcedata entry and pipeline details 

You have:

· Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years’ experience as an account manager at a full service advertising or marketing firm, project management experience or a combination of service and technology oriented positions.  

· Experience with CRM tools, SalesforcePreferred

· DigitalMarketing or advertising experience
