This critical role is one of the key drivers, along with technology, essential to the goals needed for continued development and growth of the organization in future stages. This position provides leadership through defining the strategic plan for both sales and marketing, and the supporting tactical plan and programs created to deliver on those goals. Full business case analysis and supporting metrics will measure results that support the strategy and allow for identification of any issues and initiating change, if needed, to drive the numbers where they are forecasted.
