Job Description:
Serve as a value-add mentor to front line sales executives in helping the organization transition from a feature-centric mostly small-dollar sale to a solutions-focused comprehensive relationship that drives higher revenue per client
Work with the sales team to put in place a success driven sales management approach, including: setting stretch but obtainable objectives, defining and implementing winning sales strategies, reinforcing the Solution Based Sales Approach the team has been trained on, building out sufficient pipeline and providing accurate multi-quarter forecasting
