Seeking a Vice President of Services to lead the business analysis, integration, training, and technical support teams, ensuring that customers (and prospects) are happy with us and derive tremendous value from the use of our products. This position manages a group of approximately 65 people. The Services Vice President, and his or her organization, should work closely with Sales to ensure happy customers (and prospects), with Engineering when escalations are necessary, and with Marketing to provide input on new product directions.
