This position will lead a team of telesales professionals, as well as being hands on in terms of managing selected larger accounts. Telesales staff will maintain client relationships; emphasize feature/benefit sales strategy, sell promotional strategies all driving to exceed monthly sales quota objectives from sales to small to mid size retail chain.
