Job Description:
Provide post-sales technical support of the various Client Products. Provide Management a regular status of the open technical support issues. Work with Engineering and QA to resolve customers issues in a timely fashion. Assist Sales staff as needed to represent the Technical Support organization. Work closely with the Operations team to resolve system issues and communicate them effectively with the customer.
