he Technical Account Manager is a senior role within the Field Services organization. This role is responsible for managing on-going technical relationships and projects within the largest customers of the company. This is a customer facing role where the individual will be the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all technical and project-related issues. The position requires an in-depth understand of the customer's requirements, and the ability to generate creative and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer environments. The position includes up to 50% domestic travel.
