To provide coaching, training and on-going support of training initiatives for the Surgical Field Sales organization within the Americas Region. Provide on-going field training and coaching for all cataract and vitreoretinal equipment sales employees. Provide written feedback to respective Regional Business Directors and the Director of Sales Training based on co-travel activities with sales employees. Assist in the planning and implementation of sales training programs at all training events (HQ, Field, and specified meetings).
