Job Description:
The Strategic Account Manager will develop and cultivate high value customer relationships within a strategic base of SaaS customers. They will be responsible for the maintenance, renewal, and up-sell/cross-sell within the associated customer base and the associated annual target revenue number. Establishing executive-level credibility within established, strategic accounts through business expertise, deep understanding of industry issues and a focus on product offerings.
