Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Leadership Consulting (LC) Regional Leadership Specialist (RLS) is to provide sales and marketing support, direct sales and some selected delivery of services. The percentage of time split is approximately 70% sales, 30% delivery and corporate support. The RLS is the first point of contact for the RSVP, GMs, VPBDs or coaches in their respective region.
