The successful candidate will administer a portfolio of major (complex, high value) subcontract types (including but not limited to major - complex, high value) to ensure that subcontracts fully meet Company and project requirements.Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement for specialized services, materials and equipment. Prepares recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors, drawing upon their past performance experience. Coordinates the list with project management and client recommendations.
