The Tactical Sensing SBDM is required to identify and win new business meeting the established business growth goals. He/she is expected to operate on integrated teams with the stakeholders, leadership and program managers in the identification of business opportunities and driving business capture teams. Duties include the development of a domain area business acquisition plans, sales, bid and proposal resource management and strategic marketing activities.
