The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for all phases of the business development process, including opportunity creation, identification, qualification, pursuit, and capture of new business opportunities. The Senior Manager must have a proven track record in engineering, program management, and business development and have significant experience with Navy communications systems and processes.
