Lead cross functional negotiation teams to pursue opportunities, complete diligence and close transactions of commercial opportunities. Proactively screen and monitor the environment in order to identify promising targets and companies for transaction. Build and establish strong networks within the business development, banking, and venture capitalist communities. Partner with senior executives to assure that all negotiation and contractual arrangements are successfully resolved in a timely manner and approvals are secured.
