Job Description:
Leads product line management functions to meet contractual reporting requirements, resolve account inquiries & complaints in a timely manner, and assure key GHC staff receive necessary information regarding account issues. Assists in planning marketing campaigns. Plans & manages open enrollment & benefit fair activities, coordinates annual purchaser bid process, monitors competitor activities and assists in developing membership forecasts, rating & program evaluation.
