The Signature Client Director (SCD) is accountable for the overall revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and company performance within a portfolio of one or more assigned customers. The SCD develops and applies knowledge of the clients business drivers and goals, and architects innovative solutions to address the customers needs while maintaining and growing revenue. The SCD develops and implements Client Business Plans to strategize on how to find and close opportunities and build the funnel/forecast to attain or exceed quota.
