This position is specifically responsible for North American sales management of 12-15 hunters and support team members. Will actively work with sales team to develop clients and territories to assisst in producing $50,000,000.00 in net business growth each year. Our ideal candidate should have 8-15 or more years of sales leadership and "hunter" experience in the outsourced call center space with a knowledge of the client marketplace, an ability to sell at C Levels, and an understanding of the business applications in this marketplace.
