Ultimately we are looking for a consultative sales professional who can sell solutions (Core back up and Recovery, Desktop Back up and Recovery, Archiving, and Email Archiving) direct to end users as well as through the channel. The person must be a "hunter" and be adept at solving technical business problems. Ideally they are looking for someone from the industry (IBM, Iron Mountain Digital, EMC) or someone that has been a top 1% performer with a PROVEN TRACK record of success selling IT solutions.
