The leader of a designated group of existing and/or targeted accounts that establishes themselves as the primary conduit between the account's senior management team and all internal resources; management, sales, support and solutions. The SRAM is responsible for building the appropriate team that best aligns with satisfying the current and future needs of the account. Direct selling responsibility for core services to include Patent & Trademark renewals, Patent & Trademark Data Management Services (Title Updates & Data Verification).
