Develops effective new business proposals and works closely with new business capture team leader to capture new business opportunities. Manages contractual obligations, i.e., cost, performance and schedule deliverable aspects of customer programs, and manages customer expectations from inception through completion of a program. Coordinates closely with key personnel in all key functional areas of the Company to ensure effective program execution and healthy, growth-oriented customer relationships.
