He/She will identify the interests of specific donors and solicit them for gifts that meet the company's conservation agenda as well as reinforce the donor's willingness to invest in conservation. As a member of the development team he/she will be responsible for ensuring that donors are honored, recognized and informed of the company's programs as part of a long term plan to deepen their commitment to the company.
