Job Description:
Manage ongoing executive-level relationships with hosted software customers. Establish account strategy beginning with the sales cycle through the deployment and ongoing maintenance of the account. Manage Customer Focus Teams of cross-functional resources to create and deliver on an account revenue and P&L targets. Provide overall ownership for all facets of the delivery and maintenance of large-scale customer engagement(s). Hold ultimate responsibility for all operational and business issues on assigned account(s).
