Job Description:
The Strategic Initiatives Specialist will represent the Sales Transformation team in driving strategic initiates and supporting the Sales Transformation Program within the Corporate and Government segment. The SIS is responsible for facilitating a minimum of 72 strategy sessions per year. These sessions will typically be conducted face to face. The SIS will help the sales team prepare for strategy sessions, facilitate 2 to 4 hour strategy sessions at least twice per week, document the agreed upon strategy, and hold resources accountable for fulfilling commitments on time.
