This position is a principal Contract Management resource working within the Legal Dept. and reporting directly to counsel in support of sales opportunities for non-regulated voice and data communications and related technology products and services. Scope of work includes support of the RFP response/proposal process; contract development, drafting and negotiation; participation in complex bid review process; service on special project teams as required.
