This position will report directly to the Deputy Operations Manager, with responsibility for leading and facilitating the business development, capture and proposal management processes within this $100 million revenue Operation.. Duties include all phases of business development in accordance with the higher organization's business development, capture management, and proposal management processes, including marketing potential customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and executing the capture process through submittal of a bid.
