The successful candidate will manage and grow the Boston office. The position requires 15 years of consulting experience with the ability to recruit and manage staff, a P/L, and successfully conduct business development with State and Private Sector clients with a goal of $10 Million in annual sales. Strong leadership skills in the area of development of and mentoring staff, effective communication, team-building, and staff retention are essential.
