The Segment Vice President is responsible for the leadership of a cross-functional team that is dedicated to the profitable retention and growth of enrolled members. This team includes sales, underwriting, product development, marketing, strategy, finance and more. This position is accountable for new sales, retention and delivery of gross margin for the segment. Oversees development, prioritization, and execution of new business sales and retention strategies for commercial business to achieve revenue, profit and membership objectives.
