Manages the overall sales management program for the Commercial Banking division to assure revenue growth and profitability consistent with the objectives and strategies set forth by the bank. Coordinates and integrates sales activities across the divisions and the bank to drive a strong and effective Commercial Banking sales culture. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to grow new and existing business. Participates in the sales performance review/coaching process of all unit managers.
