Work with firm leadership to fully understand the needs and objectives of the Firm, Practice Group and Office sales strategies. Assist leadership in refining these strategies going forward. Work with Practice Group and Office leaders in organizing and planning their group's sales efforts. Work with individual lawyers in developing their sales plans and apply the practical knowledge to provide guidance on how to get it done. Outbound activities will include networking and relationship building, along with our lawyers, primarily through marketing and networking events.
