Job Description:
The ability to successfully mold the organization into a highly productive team and business. - Must be (1) very customer-oriented; (2) capable of selling customers on the company's products/services and (3) able to direct the sales staff to sell the products at acceptable margins. Exhibit a successful track record of managing sales teams that achieve or over-achieve sales targets and developing new customers and expanding markets. Must be able to travel on a regular basis, with some overnight travel. Willing to relocate to the greater Houston area.
