The Sales Manager will be directly responsible for leading, managing and motivating a sales team focused on the selling of products and services. Other duties will include promoting inter-company relations to better coordinate efficient work flow between departments; assisting in the development of customer satisfaction improvement strategies and interfacing and directing activities from various work groups within company.
