Responsible for the direction and communication of assigned zone's sales goals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales plan. Provide high level customer service levels to meet the needs of the church customer and portrait consumers. Timely follow-up on any customer concerns. Establish and maintain a professional, trained and competent staff through effective implementation of performance and career development programs.
