Ability to produce with a 30 to 40% bonus on all sales. Ability to recruit, train, and develop career agents and receive a 30% override on their production. You will receive the world class training needed to prepare for a direct appointment to Sales Manager. The average trainee will transition to a Sales Management position in 4 to 6 months after entering the position.
