Experience in Service Management, Client Management, Sales. IT Industry preferable. Working across multiple silos in previous organizations. Good skills in communication, organization, listening and negotiation. Ability to work in a customer environment with minimum supervision. Self starter with broad skill set who can manage a variety of issues across the business at one time. Prefer bilingual in English and French.
