Advise others about all services/products and give in-depth advice for those services for which position is responsible (specialized voice or data applications) by giving technical guidance to others on prices, options, feature enhancements and availability. Based on detailed knowledge of the company network and all major voice and data network architectures, recommend specialized services and applications to customer's technical staffs and management.
