The ideal candidate will be at the Director Level or VP Level from a large matrix corporation with 10+ years of sales management, sales operations and execution with a strong track of success. Candidate will have managed a P&L of 300MM - 500MM+ in sales operations and have experience with OE and wiring Tiers. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics is required. Must have a high degree of integrity, global span of control and collaboration with multiple business units supported.
