Tthe Sales Director will spearhead initially the Sales function of our business in the region. The role carries partial P&L responsibility ie revenue generation and maximizing sales returns. The Sales Director's objectives are to develop and implement detailed sales plans on all product lines, to recruit, develop and train local staff to our standards and to action consistent performance management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
