Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive business relationship with users following implementation, actively ensuring user satisfaction, product adoption and sustained usage. Monitor each user's overall and segmented usage numbers on a weekly basis to determine areas of opportunity for increased utilization and to identify potential concerns that require further intervention or facilitating issue resolution, in an effort to meet and exceed department and corporate goals related to adoption and usage of product and utilization of features/functionality.
