This will be achieved by driving the functional sales agenda to directly support the delivery of the strategic objectives for the Merchant and Packaged Gases business by creating and implementing, through the RBU organizations, sales best practices that will utilize business tools and processes, developed specifically for the company that will support effective functioning of the entire sales process.
