The System Engineer will partner with the Account Manager as the technical lead and technical expert to support the sales process to achieve established revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Work closely with the Customer Satisfaction group to assist in installing the proposed system and provide ongoing assistance to optimize performance and reliability. Partner with Customer Satisfaction and the end-user customer in order to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
